Heard learned counsel for the parties for some time. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that this Court vide order dated 6th April 2017 passed in Criminal application (BA) No. 130 of 2017 allowed the applicant to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application for bail after filing of the charge-sheet. He states that now the charge-sheet has been filed but the applicant did not approach the trial Court for grant of bail in the first place. He shows his willingness to do so, and seeks leave to withdraw the application. In view of the statements made above,the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to approach the trial Court with fresh bail application. If any such application is filed, the trial Court shall endeavor to dispose it of within three days of filling of the application. All contentions are kept
