The order regarding issuance of notice was issued on 25th of May, 2018. Till the date, the respondents have not filed any reply. The respondents are also seeking time for filing of their respective reply. While doing so, the respondents are also acting upon the order of disqualification by conducting fresh election, which cannot be permitted.

Therefore, the application is allowed and there shall be interim stay in terms of it's prayer clause (2), till final disposal of the petition.

If the respondents are willing to file their reply to the application, they may file the same within two weeks from the date of the order, failing which, the petition shall be heard finally as per it's turn. Authenticated copy of this order be furnished to the learned Counsel for the parties.
