In spite of service, none appeared for the nonapplicant. 2.

The present application is filed for transfer of H.M.Petition No. A-183/2021 pending before Family Court at Solapur to Family Court at Nagpur.

The marriage between applicant and non-applicant was solemnized on 06/05/2018 at Nagpur. After marriage, the applicant came to reside at matrimonial house at Solapur. However, due to mental agony and physical cruelty, since 18/10/2019, she is residing at her parental house at Nagpur.

The applicant is house wife having 3 years old daughter. There is no independent source of income to the applicant. She has already filed E-Petition No. 306/2021. The distance between Nagpur to Solapur is about 603 Km. As against

15.MCA (Tr.) 490.2021 this, the non-applicant is in service and can very well able to attend to the Family Court at Nagpur. Considering the medical ground also, it would be appropriate to transfer H.M.Petition No. A-183/2021 pending before Family Court at Slolapur to Family Court at Nagpur. As such, the application is allowed.

The H.M.Petition No. A-183/2021 pending before the Family Court at Solapur is hereby withdrawn and be transferred to Family Court at Nagpur.

The learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Nagpur to facilitate the above referred transfer.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
