The applicant/appellant filed this application for the grant of an extension of time to deposit the awarded amount, along with accrued interest thereon, and for the restoration of the stay granted vide order dated 04/04/2025.

He further submitted that he has received the cheque from the appellant/company and he is ready to deposit it by 26/06/2025. For which, learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection.

Considering this, the application is allowed. The applicant/appellant is permitted to deposit the cheque with the Registry by 26/06/2025; if they fail to do so by that time, the stay shall stand vacated.

Upon deposit, the respondents are permitted to withdraw the same, along with the interest accrued thereon, as per the award, as learned counsel for the appellant has no objection to withdraw the same. 5.
The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the said amount in the bank accounts of the respective respondents in proportionate amounts as per the award within three weeks, on their furnishing their bank account details to the Registry.
