By this contempt petition, the petitioner seeks action against the respondents under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act for willful disobedience of the order, dated 23/07/2013, by which this Court had directed the respondents to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a time frame. Shri Khubalkar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, states on instructions that the petitioner's caste claim is now decided and a caste validity certificate has been issued in favour of the petitioner, on 28/08/2015.

In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
