The applicant/respondent No.3 has filed this application for permitting it to deposit the cheque of enhanced compensation amount within one week, in terms of the judgment dated 05-12-2023.

The Learned Advocate for the applicant/respondent No. 3 submitted that the cheque is ready and he will deposit it with the registry by 20-06-2025. His statement is accepted. 4.

Having considered the same, the application is allowed. The applicant/respondent No.3 is permitted to deposit the cheque of the enhanced amount of compensation with the registry of this Court by 20-06-2025.

On encashment of the cheque, the amount shall be transferred to the account of the appellant by RTGS/NEFT within three weeks, on payment of the appropriate court fees by
