The petitioner had filed an objection dated 24-06-2016 opposing the inclusion of the names of the respondent Nos.4 to 31 in the voters' list. According to the petitioner, as per the bye-law No.3, the condition for becoming member of the respondent No.3-Co-operative Society is that the applicant should be permanent resident within the area of operation of the co-operative society and he should submit 7/12 extract showing that he holds 10 R. agricultural land.

By an ad-interim order, it is directed that the votes of respondent Nos.4 to 31 shall be kept in a separate ballot box.
