By this application, appellants are seeking early hearing on the ground that appellant No.1 is a senior citizen.

As per the contention of the appellants, as the appellant No.1 has lost his son in the vehicular accident. Now they are old aged persons and suffering from various ailments. They need the compensation amount for their survival.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, early hearing is granted.
