DATED : 02-07-2025 The applicant/appellant has filed this application for condonation of delay in filing application for setting aside abatement and bringing legal heirs of respondent No.1 on record, for which the learned Advocate appearing for the legal heirs of respondent No.1 submitted that the application may be allowed subject to deposit of costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand).

Considering the reasons disclosed in the application and the submissions of the learned Advocate for the legal representatives of respondent No.1, the application is allowed, subject to deposit of costs of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur, within two weeks.

On deposit of the costs, the abatement order shall be set aside, and the legal heirs of respondent No.1 shall be brought on record.
