The appeal has been dismissed against non-applicant nos. 1 to 4. Today Shri C. R. Najbile, the learned counsel appears on behalf of non applicant nos. 1 to 4 and waives notice. It is submitted that there was default in supplying copies for service on the non-applicant nos. 1 to 4. Considering aforesaid fact, the proceedings are restored against non-applicant nos. 1 to 4. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Civil Application No. 2286 of 2015: Prayer is to condone the delay in filing the first appeal. The reasons for the delay as caused are mentioned in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the application. The prayer for
