By these applications, the legal heirs of appellant no.1 who expired on 27/05/2016 are sought to be brought on record. It is stated that the appellant Nos. 2 to 5 are his legal heirs besides the widow of appellant No.1.

Considering the fact that some legal heirs of appellant no.1 were already on record, the applications are allowed. The widow of appellant No.1 is permitted to be brought on record as legal heir of appellant No.1.

Leave to correct the cause title.

Amendment be carried out within one week.

Civil Applications are allowed and disposed of. Civil Application No. 732, 733, 735/2017 Issue notice of all these applications to the proposed legal heirs of the deceased respondents, returnable after eight weeks.
