Criminal Application (APPA) 614/2019 in Criminal Appeal 464/2019:

The conviction is for offence punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three years. 2] The sentence is suspended by the trial Court.

4] The substantive sentence is suspended till final disposal of the appeal.

5] The accused be released on bail on same terms and conditions as in trial Court. The accused shall attend every date of hearing of appeal.
