In similar matters this Court directed the petitioners to first surrender and then to consider the question sought to be raised in the petition. 3.

Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to surrender within two weeks.

Subject to the petitioners surrendering, issue notice for final disposal, returnable on 29/08/2022.
