JUNE 14, 2017 After lengthy hearing Learned advocate Shri Rahul Dhande for applicant he submitted that he has instruction to withdraw the present revision. He submits that he will take necessary steps to file the appropriate proceeding before the Family Court for modification of order of maintenance. Prayer is accepted. The present revision is disposed of as withdrawn with an opportunity to applicant to file application under Section 127 of Code of Criminal Procedure and to point out the circumstances to the Family Court as to why the amount of maintenance needs reconsideration. The party shall be at liberty to adduce necessary evidence in that behalf.

Smt.P.M.Chandekar, Learned advocate submits that after son and daughter have attended the majority they are not claiming maintenance under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure.
