DATE : 06-10-2025 This Court, vide order dated 08.08.2025, had proposed the name of Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.K. Deshpande (Former Judge, Bombay High Court) for appointment as an Arbitrator, and had directed that his consent and disclosure statement be obtained in terms of Section 12(1) read with the Fifth and Seventh Schedules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 2.

In pursuance thereof, Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.K. Deshpande has, vide communication dated 16.08.2025, submitted his written consent and disclosure statement as required under the aforesaid provisions.

In view of the above, Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.K. Deshpande (Former Judge, Bombay High Court) is hereby appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. 4.

The applicant is directed to deposit a sum of 10,000/- ₹ (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with the Registry towards process fees within a period of two weeks from today. The application stands disposed of accordingly. (NIVEDITA P. MEHTA, J.) adgokar
