This is an application seeking withdrawal of the amount that was supposed to be deposited by the Acquiring Body, pursuant to dismissal of the appeal by this Court vide judgment dated 10.12.2019.

Shri Kadu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Applicants/Appellants submits that a sum of Rs.6,16,232/- was deposited on 23.02.2015. He further submits that he was not aware whether any further amount has been deposited or not despite his communication to the Acquiring Body pursuant to the judgment of this Court. 3.

Be that as it may, let the balance amount that was to be deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court pursuant to the judgment dated 10.12.2019 be deposited in this Court within a period of four weeks with interest. Soon after the amount is deposited, the Respondents/Claimants are entitled to withdraw the same alongiwith interest after due verification by the Registrar (J) of this Court.
