This is an application seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court pursuant to judgment dated 08.11.2019.

Shri Kadu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Applicants/Appellants would submit that no amount has been deposited by the Acquiring Body and directions may be given for the deposit of the same.

Be that as it may, let the remaining amount if not already deposited in this Court be deposited in this Court within a period of four weeks from today. The original Claimants/original Respondents before this Court in the cause title of the judgment dated 08.11.2019 be allowed to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court as well as in the Reference Court in equal proportion after due verification and satisfaction of the respective Registries.
