At least at this stage, there does not appear to be any material to connect the applicant with the crime registered with the Police Station Rajura, Tahsil Rajura, District Chandrapur for offence punishable under section 395, 402 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 and 5 of the Arms Act.

The interim order dated 26.06.2018 is confirmed with the modification that the applicant shall attend the Police Station Rajura as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Officer.
