This is an application filed by the non-applicant/husband seeking speaking to minutes to the order dated 27/08/2021.

It is stated that in the aforesaid order, this Court has permitted the non-applicant/husband to carry the Hamdast to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ulhasnagar, District Thane.

It is further submitted that on inquiry, learned counsel came to know that there is no establishment of Civil Judge, Senior Division in Ulhasnagar and the jurisdiction is with the Civil Judge, Senior Division at Kalyan, District Thane.

In this view of the matter, the application for speaking to minutes is allowed.

The non-applicant/husband is permitted to take Hamdast to carry the proceedings from the Family Court, Akola to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan, District Thane.

The order dated 27/08/2021 stands corrected accordingly. The name of the place i.e. Ulhasnagar be substituted with Kalyan in paragraph Nos.3 and 5 of the order.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
