Misc. Civil Application St. No.13814 of 2017 By the order passed on 01/02/2017 while condoning delay it was held that the claimants would not be entitled for interest on the amount of compensation if enhanced for the period from 18/01/1992 till 01/02/2017. However, while holding the claimants entitled for such enhancement in the appeal, the reference to the said aspect that the claimants are not entitled for interest has not been

Hence the judgment dated 01/02/2017 in First Appeal St. No.20562/2015 is corrected by adding the words " The claimants are not entitled for interest on the enhanced amount of compensation for the period from 18/01/1992 to 01/02/2017 " on page 5 paragraph 9(ii). Necessary corrections be carried out in the original judgment.
