CA NOS. 2138/2022 IN WP NO. 5030/2019, 2140/2022 IN WP 5031/2019 AND 2141/2022 IN WP NO. 5032/2019 During pendency of the present proceedings, the Education Officer (Secondary) has granted approval to the appointment of petitioner No.3 on the post of 'Junior Clerk'. Since the approval has not been granted from 28/10/2015 (from 19/1/2015 in WP NO. 5031/2019), that part of the order is sought to be challenged.

The amendment as prayed for is granted. The same be carried out within a period of one week from today.

The Civil Applications are disposed of.

WP NOS. 5030/2019, 5031/2019 AND 5032/2019 Stand over three weeks to enable the respondents to file their reply to the amended pleadings.
