DATED : 26.06.2025 Applicant-respondent No. 1 has filed this application to permit him to withdraw the amount of compensation lying in the Court, as the appeal filed by the appellant has been dismissed.

Learned Counsel for the appellant has no objection to the same.

Considering the reasons stated in the application and no objection of the appellant, the application is allowed.

Applicant-respondent No. 1 is permitted to withdraw the compensation amount, along with accrued interest thereon.

The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transfer the amount along with accrued interest thereon in the bank account of the applicant-respondent No.1, within four weeks of him submitting his bank account details to the Registry.

Application is disposed of.
