This is an application for condonation of 295 days delay caused in filing application for setting aside order dated 21.01.2020.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The delay of 295 days stand condoned.

The restoration application be registered.

However, it is made clear that from the date of dismissal till date the appellants shall not be entitled to get the interest or any other statutory benefit for this delayed period.

It is stated that due to oversight of the advocate the matter could not be attended. In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The dismissal order is set aside.
