DATE : 12/07/2023 Mr. Motwani, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the very occupation of the petitioner has no legal basis whatsoever, as the very occupation on the entire property by the petitioner is an encroachment, which the petitioner has tried to extend by making additional construction of a stair case on the road. Though it is contended that the construction is not on the road, however, it is an admitted position that there is no sanction or approval to the same by any authority whatsoever. That being the position, I am not inclined to interfere in the impugned order. The petition is dismissed. No costs.
