This petition takes exception to the interim order passed by the Maharashtra State Cooperative Appellate Court in Appeal No.33/2024.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be appropriate to direct the Maharashtra State Cooperative Appellate Court to decide the appeal expeditiously instead of examining the order impugned on merit. 3.

The Maharashtra State Cooperative Appellate Court shall endeavour to decide the appeal within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

The parties shall appear before the Appellate Court on 18/07/2024.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
