DATE : September 05, 2017 By this application, it is prayed that the execution of the decree for possession be stayed during pendency of the appeal. As per the decree passed by the trial Court, the present appellant has been directed to hand over vacant possession of the suit property to the respondent.

There is no appearance on behalf of the respondents. Hence the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i). However, the appellant shall not create any third party rights in the suit property. Civil application is disposed of.
