By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nagpur, dated 30/06/2015, refusing to grant approval to the petitioner as a regular employee. Ms Khan, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2, states that the cause for filing the writ petition would not survive, as approval has been granted to the appointment of the petitioner during the pendency of the writ petition.

In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to pay the salary that is due and payable to the petitioner, within a reasonable time. Order accordingly. No costs.
