Shri Rathod, learned counsel submits that an incorrect statement was made before this Court. 3.

We have accordingly perused the papers. It appears that the petitioners are now taken back in employment. On an affidavit, it is stated that because of similarity of surname and large number of people with that surname, office of the Education Officer has got confused. 4.

As we do not find any malafides, we accept the statement made in the affidavit. Accordingly, Contempt Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
