Respondent no.1 in Writ Petition Nos.1105, 1106 of Corrected as per Hon'ble Court's order dated 30.09.2022 2016 and legal heirs of respondent no.1 in Writ Petition No.1107 of 2016 is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.6,28,067/- along with accrued interest by dividing it in 1/3rd proportion.
