After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between the parties that maintenance shall be paid by the petitioner to the respondent at the rate of Rs.Seven Thousand per month. Accordingly, the impugned order of the Family Court, dated 30th April, 2016, is quashed and set aside and substituted by the following order :

i) The petitioner shall hereafter pay to the respondent maintenance pendente lite at the rate of Rs.Seven Thousand per month.

ii) The respondent shall have liberty to withdraw the arrears deposited by the petitioner so far in the Family Court in accordance with the order passed by this Court on 21st October, 2016. iii) The petitioner shall pay balance arrears of maintenance in accordance with the order passed by this Court on 21st October, 2016 to the

2 wp6176.16 respondent within a period of six weeks from today.

iv) This order shall operate during the pendency of the annulment petition filed by the respondent, namely, A-Petition No. 177 of 2015. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
