This is an application for permitting the applicants to carry out the amendment, in view of the subsequent event i.e. filing of charge-sheet. It is further stated that charge-sheet is bulky and voluminous and runs in thousands of pages. It is therefore prayed that only relevant portion be permitted to file.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Permission to amend the application is granted with prayer for filing the relevant portion of the charge-sheet. However, it is made clear that, applicants shall supply the complete copy of the charge-sheet to the learned APP to enable him to go through the charge-sheet and point out
