The applicants pray that during pendency of the second appeal the execution of the decree passed by the appellate Court be stayed. By said decree the suit for partition and separate possession has been decreed. Ad interim stay was granted on 1-8-2016. The appeal has been admitted and there is no appearance on behalf of the respondents. Hence, during pendency of the appeal, the judgment and decree passed by the appellate Court shall remain stayed. The appellants, however, shall not create any third party rights or alienate the suit property. Civil application is disposed of.
