This is an application under Order 41, Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for grant of stay. Perused the application.

Heard the learned advocate for the applicant. 3.

Learned advocate for the applicant pointed out the receipt of depositing of compensation amount of Rs.17,56,786/- before the Labour Court.

Considering this fact, it would be proper to grant stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and order dated 6.5.2024 passed by the Commissioner under the Workmen's Compensation Act.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (A) of this application.
