From the pursis dated 07.06.2023 filed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that the case papers were taken back by the petitioner long back in the year 2021 and since then he has not engaged any lawyer in the matter of his choice to represent him. Thus, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
