DATE D : 09/07/2024 Present application is filed by the learned Counsel for the respondent Nos.3 and 4 i.e. Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur for speaking to minutes. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for Zilla Parishad that Counsel appearing for Zilla Parishad has not made a statement that she supports the petitioner, however, has rendered fair assistance to this Court, upon request of this Court. As Counsel for Zilla Parishad's stand was firmed in reply also that Zilla Parishad has simply followed the Government Resolution. In view of this submission, we allow the application and directed to carry out following corrections. 2.

In last line of paragraph No.10 of the judgment in Writ Petition No.2349/2023 i.e. "However, by written notes, she has duly supported the contention of petitioner." be deleted and in place of that following lines be substituted.

2 5 caw 1772-2024 "That Ms. Jaipurkar, learned Counsel for respondents on request has done medical research as to understand the duration of the normal gestation period during pregnancy of a woman and assisted this Court. We appreciate the efforts taken by her in assisting the Court."
