Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has sought various prayers such as fixation of pay and benefit of senior grade pay scale. The Petitioner has also sought a direction to Respondent No.3 to submit a proposal of the Petitioner for these monetary payments. 3.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that these directions are sought to the Respondent No.3 as the Respondent No.3 - Management - Employer will have to submit a MP Deshpande

2 / 2 23-wp-1134-2022 proposal which then is to be considered by the State Education Authorities.

No communication is placed on record by which the Petitioner has called upon the Respondent - Management to forward the proposal to the Education Authority which the Respondent - School Authority has refused. It is only after the proposal is placed, as per the procedure, before the Education Authorities from the Management that the Education Authorities can take a decision.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will make a request / representation to the Respondent No.3 to submit the proposal to the Education Authorities. If such request is made, the Respondent No.3 - Management will examine the same and if found proper will take the necessary action as early as possible.
