This is an application under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. for transfer. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has directly approached this Court under Section 407 of Cr. P.C. without approaching the learned Principal Judge, Family Court. He wishes to withdraw the present application so as to approach the learned Principal Judge, Family Court.
