This application is filed by the applicant/appellant seeking permission to deposit the entire decreetal amount and for extension of stay, as granted by this Court vide order dated 19.03.2019. This Court vide order dated 19.03.2019 has granted ten weeks time for deposit of amount, however, the stay order was not complied. Taking into account the said fact, two weeks time is granted to appellant to deposit amount and till that time stay would remain in operation.

If, decreetal amount is deposited within two weeks then stay will be continued thereafter till further orders. 3.

The Civil Application stands disposed of.
