The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee (APMC) does not want prosecute the present petition. 3.

However, he further submits that, Shri Govind S/o Ganpat Mirge, who was the formal Director of APMC and through whom, the APMC had filed the present petition, wants to raise a challenge to the impugned order dated 27.04.2018 passed by the respondent No.1 and to the inquiry report dated 01.06.2017 prepared by the respondent No.3, in a capacity as a formal Director.

Accordingly, the permission is granted to withdraw the present petition on behalf of the APMC with liberty as prayed for.
