DATED : AUGUST 01, 2019 Heard learned counsel for the applicant. After arguing the present application for some time and when this Court was inclined to dismiss the present application, the learned counsel for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the same.

Hence, dismissed as withdrawn.

The learned counsel for the applicant pointed out that although charge in the present case has been framed on 01/08/2018, there is no progress in the present case.

Considering the fact that there are 26 witnesses to be examined and the proceedings have been pending before the Trial Court after framing of charge since 01/08/2018, without any significant progress. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and to complete the trial and to render Judgment within a period of six months from today.
