It is stated in the Pursis by the petitioner that by the said Government Resolution a decision has been taken by the Government to pay pension to all the Professors/ Lecturers who have not cleared NET/SET qualification and appointed between the period of 23/10/1992 to 03/04/2000. As such the petitioner's case is covered by the said Government Resolution. The petitioner is appointed on 24.01.2000. Hence, the petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
