The applicant had filed Misc. Criminal Application No. 422 of 2016 before the Sessions Court seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending arrest in connection with crime registered against the accused for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code. The Sessions Court allowed the application by order passed on 29th December, 2016 and granted pre-arrest bail to the applicant. The Sessions Court had imposed a condition that the applicant shall attend Police Station on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for one month and thereafter whenever called by the Investigating Officer. The Investigating Agency had filed an application praying that the pre-arrest bail granted to the applicant be cancelled as he had not complied with the conditions imposed by the Sessions Court and had not co-operated with the Investigating Agency. The Sessions Court allowed the application filed by the Investigating Agency by the order passed on 24th May, 2017 and cancelled the pre-arrest bail

2 ba600.17 granted to the applicant. The applicant is arrested on 24th May, 2017.

Considering the facts recorded above, the following order is passed:

The applicant having been arrested in connection with Crime No.153 of 2015, registered by the non-applicant, he be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond for Rs.Twenty Thousand and furnishing one solvent surety in the like amount.

The application is allowed accordingly.
