The applicant is convicted of offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and is sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life.

The applicant earlier preferred Criminal Application 15/2022, which was rejected as withdrawn, vide order dated 6.4.2022.

The Coordinate Bench noted that after elaborate hearing when the Court expressed its opinion that the Court is not inclined to grant relief to the present applicant Mr. Ankush

The present application is preferred primarily on the ground that the father of the appellant has suffered a heart attack on 18.7.2022.

Considering the evidence on record and the attending circumstances, we are not inclined to suspend the sentence.

The application is dismissed.
