This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. The counsel for the applicant is absent. Mr. Kadu, learned AGP represents the respondents No.1 and
2. The counsel for the respondent No.3 Mr. S.R. Agrawal is absent. The claimants intend to file appeal because they are aggrieved, for inadequate compensation granted to them by the Reference court. The delay is of 288 days. Long back all the respondents are served, however, as on today no reply is filed. Therefore, the contents of the application made on affidavit has remained uncontroverted.

After having gone through the contents of the application on affidavit, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay. Hence, I pass the following order :
