The petitioner has come to this Court with only urge to direct the respondent Scrutiny Committee to decide his caste claim expeditiously. The learned AGP would submit that the Vigilance Inquiry is still pending and therefore, within six months the Scrutiny Committee would decide the claim which is pending from 2021.

In view of above direct the Scrutiny Committee to expedite the proceeding and decide the same within six months from today without fail. Till then, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner by the Employer. 4.
Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
