We have been hearing this matter since last two dates. On 22nd February 2017, after a speaking order, we adjourned the matter, to enable the petitioner to assist the Court, in a better manner.

Today, learned counsel states that land appears to be 'B' Tenure land.

By impugned order, petitioners has been asked to produce "no objection" obtained for the purpose of sale of 'B' tenure holding.

As facts on record are insufficient to arrive at any conclusion, we grant petitioners leave to make an appropriate representation to respondent no.2. If such a representation is made within two weeks from today, the respondent no.2 shall look into it as per law within next four weeks. With these directions, we dispose of the Petition.
