Heard.
In response to the notice issued by this Court, the respondent No.1-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Wardha has filed an affidavit sworn on 15th November, 2017. It is submitted that the petitioner is in the employment as per the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 4514 of 2013, that certain posts reserved for Scheduled Caste candidates would be advertised soon and the petitioner would be entitled to participate in the selection process, she being a scheduled caste candidate.
Accepting the submission made in the additional affidavit, in my view, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. There is no reason to keep the contempt petition pending.
2 cp156.14 The notice issued in these proceedings is discharged. The contempt petition is disposed accordingly. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE RRaut..
