By this application the applicant seeks correction of transcribing error in third line of the order passed on 20th June, 2017 and prays that "Section 302" be deleted and it be shown as "Section 307".

Learned A.P.P. submits that it is an apparent inadvertent error.

In the third line of first paragraph of the order dated 20th June, 2017 "Section 302" be deleted and substituted by "Section 307".

The correction be carried out forthwith.

The application is allowed accordingly.
