O R A L J U D G M E N T (Per :Sunil B.Shukre, J.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader, who appears by waiving notice for the respondents.

Considering the short point involved in this petition, we have decided to take up the petition for final disposal. 3.

Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 4.

Petitioner No.1 is seeking approval of the respondents

3/3 to the appointments made by the Society to the various posts but, the proposal of the Society is pending for decision with the respondents. The proposal and reminders have been sent earlier, but no response so far has been given to the proposal. 5.

In the circumstances, we are of the view that purposes of this petition shall be served if suitable directions are issued to the respondents.

Accordingly, the petition is partly allowed. The respondents are directed to decide the proposal dated 17th September, 2014, sent by petitioner No.1-Society seeking approval to various appointments made by it, appropriately in accordance with law as early as possible and in any case within three months from the date of the order.

Rule is made absolute in the above terms. No order as to costs.
