Heard. Perused the proposed amendment.

Since the proposed amendment does not change the nature of the petition, the prayer for permission to amend the petition is granted.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of. The amendment should be carried out within a period of one week.

Learned Government Pleader Mrs.B.H. Dangre waives notice on behalf of proposed respondent no.6. Learned counsel Shri P.B. Patil waives notice on behalf of proposed respondent no.7.

Stand over to 14.08.2015 for admission-final disposal. It is, however, made clear that in case the petition fails, the petitioner would not be entitled to claim salary either from the management or from the State Exchequer.
